When should I place my order?

You will receive a monthly email with the monthly menu choices. You can place your orders by day, week or for the month according to your choice. Orders must be placed before 8:00 a.m. for the next day and Thursday before 11:00 p.m. for the following Monday.

What is the cut-off time for ordering a lunch?

You have until 7:00 a.m. to order a meal online through your account or by phone for the same day.

• A charge of $2.00 dollars will be applied for those orders.

Do you provide utensils?

Yes, we provide utensils upon request for some schools. But for the good of the environment, we encourage you to leave some in your child's lunch box.

What is the deadline to cancel my order of the same day?

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so from your account.

• No credit will be given after 7:00 a.m.

How to modify or cancel an order?

You can make changes to an order. You can cancel a meal directly from our website. All you have to do is go to your order calendar, select the date of the meal you want to cancel and click on the button at the bottom. You will receive instant credit for this meal.
